Mulch Your Garden by Recycling

Vegetable gardening can be done very inexpensively. Of course, your labor is free, but why put any more into it than you have to. The best way to save time, money, and labor is to find a way to reuse something that you’ve already paid for but are no longer using. Why not use those old newspapers in the garage? With the popularity of paper shredders, you might also have a lot of shredded paper that also needs to be dumped on a regular basis. Why not use these resources in your garden? They work as well as any natural garden mulch (after all, paper pulp comes from trees). Instead of throwing them out in the trash or recycling them, why not first see where you can reuse these in your garden beds. See this video for some great ideas.
